We buy land and development sites ranging in size from 20 - 2000 units, with or without planning, and work with our network of chosen contractors, RP's, care providers and charities to create eco-friendly, blended communities. This covers all age groups and market sectors, from sub market rented products through to shared ownership products.

Bringing together their wealth of property and land expertise, Hunter Land helps to build homes and communities that people want to live in. It is a collective effort, and by working with local authorities, government agencies and developers, the team continues to improve people’s lives. We have been responsible for facilitating the delivery of numerous affordable housing led schemes over the years.
OUR GREEN ETHOS
Our shared goal with our partners is to create carbon neutral communities by 2030. Already, our modern method of construction strategy will reduce carbon emissions by up to 80% over the coming years. Wherever possible, we seek to increase our onsite biodiversity by introducing natural wildlife habitats to attract a wide range of species. And to maintain or introduce further trees and foliage where possible and to work within the realms of the existing landscape.
